1.cm12 zip
2.gapps
procedure
1.copy both zip file to ur sd card
2.boot into custom recovery
3.wipe data and cache
4.install from sd card
5.select cm12 zip file
6.select gapps zip file
7.reboot system now
done enjoy lolipop in ur note 2
